RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY..

If your purchase isnt suitable you may return your goods.

If your purchase has been 'made to order' unfortunately we do not offer refunds on pre order items and a store credit will be issued. unless your item is faulty then we will investigate further.

Returns MUST be returned in there original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags intact and MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Giving the order number, name the order was placed under and reason for return.

We will then contact you via email within 48 hours with a returns address.

All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.

Please allow 3 working days from us receiving the goods for your refund to be processed. Your bank may take 5-10 working days for your refund to reach your account.

You are required to arrange and pay for the return of goods and the goods are your responsiblity until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to buyer.
